Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30days of receipt of your purchase.
"Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 30 days of receiving the last item, in accordance with EU right of withdrawal laws. To initiate a return or cancellation, please log in to your account at https://pawhavenstore.net/account. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Eligibility:

- Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds
- Proof of purchase must be included
- Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of sale status

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear
