Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders up to $49.99 and standard rate of $12.99 for all orders from $50.00 and above for all US Domestic orders. International shipping is a flat $12.99

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at mariereilly@pawhavenstore.net ] and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
